Our chefs offer creative cuisine and seafood dishes that make generous use of local ingredients and go well with local sake. We use only young Olive Yellowtail from Okada Suisan, a certified producer located just east of Takamatsu that delivers straight to our restaurant every morning. With our shabu-shabu hotpot, yellowtail is lightly swished through hot flavorful dashi broth and eaten while still tender. Normally, this course is served with chazuke(green tea poured over rice and condiments) but for this time-limited campaign, we are offering a choice of nigiri-zushi instead. Be sure to mention you want the shabu-shabu course with nigiri-zushi when you reserve.
