Totoichi is known for Japanese cuisine centered on seafood fresh from the local fishing port. Our varied menu is popular with visitors and locals alike and takes full advantage of excellent Kagawa ingredients, including produce and meat. The deep-fried tofu pouches of our Wasanbon Inari-zushi are flavored with delicate wasanbon sugar, a handmade Kagawa specialty. A variety of locally-grown ingredients are mixed with the sushi rice filling to produce six different kinds of inari-zushi: octopus, shellfish, shoyu mame (parched broad beans marinated in soy sauce and sugar), local vegetables, dried sardine fry, and Perilla.
